Evaluations
Self-evaluation: I am continuing to grow and experiment with my teaching style. Thus far, my presentations have primarily utilized PowerPoint text- and image-based slide decks as the vehicle for teaching. I would like to grow my skills and make presentations that incorporate multimedia (e.g. animations, film clips, audio clips, etc.). I also want to work on incorporating the patient voice, either by including them in-person or by including video/audio clips. Another way to center the patient experience is by consciously choosing to use patient scenarios or vignettes when teaching, as this can also provide a context for the material under consideration.
Below you will find evaluation instruments from attending-level clinicians, from peers (other psychiatry residents), and from medical students.
